Renegade Nutrition Coaching was founded on the frustration that the majority of Nutrition information out there is either biased to one particular style of eating or very unsustainable.
We know that you need personalised nutrition advice – you’re unique and the way you eat is too.
We offer 3 key nutrition programmes to suit your needs depending on your lifestyle and goals. Don’t worry – a coach will help you figure out which one is best for you.
We decided that we didn’t want to conform to the usual “quick fix“ or “magic pill” solutions that were being sold. Instead, we wanted to help our community get long-lasting sustainable results.
Through years of research and evidence-based study, we have come up with our system to educate, motivate, and inspire our clients to achieve the results they deserve. Renegade Nutrition is a personalised coaching solution for the world-class athlete to the weekend warrior.
Renegade Nutrition is NOT a meal plan, we don’t believe they are sustainable, you may follow them for a bit but will likely get bored and fall off the wagon. I’m sure you have probably been through this before.
The key to sustainability is to be educated on how and what to eat as well as why. Then you will be truly empowered to make decisions around food for the rest of your life.
Our goal is to remove you from the mentality of being on and off a diet to finding a way of eating that you actually love and look forward to. It will also help you achieve your goals of looking good, feeling great and performing amazingly.
KICK START NUTRITION PROGRAMME
Our most popular Nutrition programme – The Kick Start Programme is all about developing strong healthy habits without being fixated on food.
Your current body is the result of your habits, and if you’re not happy with it then you need to change them, it’s as simple as that.
The tricky bit is, habit change as an adult is extremely hard, we are sure you’ve tried to change your habits at some point in your life only to revert back to your old ways.
That’s why you need a coach to hold you accountable and to teach you how to develop the habits you need to achieve your goals.
PERFORMANCE NUTRITION PROGRAMME
Goal: Take your performance to the next level and develop lean functional muscle.
Performance Nutrition Programme is all about making you feel stronger and fitter in the gym. The majority of people don’t realise that they are under-eating. That feeling of hitting a wall during a workout or no steam left in their legs during squats can be directly related to not fueling correctly.
There is also a massive correlation between injuries and poor nutrition.
Our performance nutrition programme is about coming up with personalised solutions for you to fix this.
FLEXIBLE FAT LOSS PROGRAMME
This is a slightly more advanced Nutrition programme than the Kick Start programme. Still focusing on healthy habits, we take a more in-depth approach and start to educate you on the concept of Flexible eating or otherwise known as “If it fits your macros”.
This programme is designed specifically to produce a healthy and sustainable level of fat loss.
You will work with a coach that will guide you through the process that could be complicated and confusing if you tried to figure it out yourself.
