CROSSFIT & FUNCTIONAL
This extremely fun group class is our most well-rounded class ensuring that you are working a balanced amount on all of the important elements. You will use a constantly varied combination of weight lifting and bodyweight exercises to help you get stronger and lose fat. Each CrossFit and Functional Fitness session finishes with some High-Intensity Training (HIT/Conditioning) which is where the magic happens and your fitness is built to levels that you will have never experienced before.
