Free One on One Introduction session – if you have never done CrossFit or Functional Fitness before we will take you through a Free One on One Introduction session to make sure this is for you.
If you have done CrossFit before and are comfortable with the Olympic lifts you can come straight into any of our classes.
From there if you want to continue we will schedule 4 more One on One sessions with a coach to teach you the fundamental movements, help you build your base strength and fitness and to build your confidence to move into our group classes. From there we will help you build your ideal gym membership package.
GYM MEMBERSHIPS
$44.90 – 2 Classes per week
$54.90 – 3 Classes per week
$64.90 – UNLIMITED Classes per week
NUTRITION & MINDSET OPTIONAL ADD ON
+ Nutrition Coaching and High-Level Accountability
+$18 per week – Have a personal Nutrition coach keep you accountable for the first 3 months of your journey. This will ensure that you kick-start your health habits and lifestyle.
PT OPTIONAL ADD ON
Classes + Personal Trainer
+$35 per week – Have a 1 on 1 session once a fortnight for the first 3 months with a coach which is going to help ensure your progression with all the movements. This will be a truly personal approach and speed up your progress in the gym.
