BEFORE YOU START

Let us tailor the optimal gym membership package to help you achieve your goals.

Free One on One Introduction session – if you have never done CrossFit or Functional Fitness before we will take you through a Free One on One Introduction session to make sure this is for you.

If you have done CrossFit before and are comfortable with the Olympic lifts you can come straight into any of our classes.

From there if you want to continue we will schedule 4 more One on One sessions with a coach to teach you the fundamental movements, help you build your base strength and fitness and to build your confidence to move into our group classes. From there we will help you build your ideal gym membership package.

$44.90 – 2 Classes per week

$54.90 – 3 Classes per week

$64.90 – UNLIMITED Classes per week

NUTRITION & MINDSET OPTIONAL ADD ON

+ Nutrition Coaching and High-Level Accountability

+$18 per week – Have a personal Nutrition coach keep you accountable for the first 3 months of your journey. This will ensure that you kick-start your health habits and lifestyle.

PT OPTIONAL ADD ON

Classes + Personal Trainer

+$35 per week – Have a 1 on 1 session once a fortnight for the first 3 months with a coach which is going to help ensure your progression with all the movements. This will be a truly personal approach and speed up your progress in the gym.

    This place is the bomb, I first walked in not knowing anyone or even much about crossfit and Zak, Meg and the rest of the crew made me feel welcome like a family member. I’ve been hitting the 4:30pm classes which are generally busy times and the trainers still manage to prompt everyone individually on things they can improve on, what they’re doing well at etc. Bottom line is this place is awesome and you should try it!
